Trust and Company Registration

A Trust Deed is the typical trust registration instrument used in South Africa. To start, it is (1) drafted in accordance with the Trust Property Control Act 57 of 1988, which governs trust governance. The Trust may then go through step two of legal entity registration. You can transfer your assets into the Trust once you’ve enrolled. By doing this, you can both obtain tax advantages and determine how much your family benefits from your estate or income.
